Rules & Regulations

REGISTRATION FOR ADMISSION:
School imparts instruction to prep (2+) to Class XII as on date. The children seeking to admission to different class must attain the Prep 2+ years, LKG 3+ years, UKG 4+ years, Transition 5+ years and I to XII 6+ to 17+ years respectively.
Registration for admission commences on such dates as may be notified on the school notice board or through advertisment in the news papers.
ATTENDANCE & LEAVE:
Regularity and punctuality are two basic virtues which the school desires the children to imbibe. They will be expected to be regular and punctual in the matter of attending the school. Leave will not ordinarily be granted unless absolutely unavoidable or supported by the medical certificate.
UNIFORMS:
The school uniform is compulsory on all class days. Each student must have two sets of uniforms.
BOYS
• White shirt with school monogram half sleeves /full sleeves.
• Deep brwn coloured shrts with two sides cross pockets for LN to IV (Summer) or trouser (Winter).
• White with border of deep brown socks.
• Black leather shoes with laces.
• Deep brown coloured v-neck pullver with white brder in deep brown plain blazer coat with school monogram.
• Neck Tie.
• School Belt.
GIRLS
• White blouse half sleeves or full sleeves.
• Deep brown coloured skirt with school monogram lenght up to knee.
• White socks with deep brwn border.
• Black leather shoes with buckles.
• Deep brown colured V-neck cardigan/deep brown plain blazer coat with school monogram.
• Neck Tie.
• School Belt.
PT UNIFORM
• Coloured T-Shirt and Trouser.
• White canvas shoes with laces.
• Girls are strictly prohibited to wear or use any sort of Jewellery/Nail Polish/ Coloured Hair Band and Mehendi.
DISCIPLINE
The students are expected to make discipline a part of their life. So that abiding by the rules and regulations of the school and obeying the laws of country become a second nature to them.
CODE OF CONDUCT:
• Students are reminded to address their teachers and all the members of the staff with due respect and politeness. On their way to and from school they are expected to behave in a plite manner.
• Pupils are responsible for the safe custody of their books and belongings. Each article should be marked with pupil's name.
• No leave for the whle or part of day will be allowed unless the parent applies for it and secures the Principal/Vice-Principal's permission.
• Any damage done to school property should be made good by the pupils concerned.
• The student should come to the school in proper school uniform which should be cleaned and well pressed.
• No fines of any kind or collection for any purpse whatsover may be without the principal's previous sanction and due notice to parents.
• No books, periodicals or newspapers of any obectionable nature shall be brought into the school.
• Parents and gaurdians are requested not to engage private tutors without cnsulting the school authority.
• Gaurdians must see their wards that they are delight at their work and lessons.
• Gaurdians/Parents are requested nt to telephone the school on the days when there is heavy rain, suspension of public transport or any other emergency.
• Due attention shall be paid to personal hygiene. The student will see that nails are cut, their teeth clean and their hair propery clipped and combed.
